"Dyno" Dave is well known in the Duluth-Superior area for both his musical and mechanical expertise.  Dave has been fixing all kinds of motors and playing guitar/bass for over 40 years.  While working at Nickelson Music in the early days, he taught many local musicians to play guitar. 

After working 15 years at Upper Lakes Foods, 6 years ago he retired and opened an outboard motor repair business in Superior.  He still runs this business when not playing bass and doing some vocals with Sh-Boom.  He's the 25th member of the group, joining in March 2009.

Dave formerly played with Chet Orr and the Rumbles, the DelRays, the Mad Hatters, the Esquires, and the Dave Mattson Quartet.
